Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% (required) cancelation fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. There is 100% charged of your service requested (required) for NO CALL/NO SHOW using the card on file on the day that you miss your appointment. Your next request will be denied due to unpaid balance.
